“Live on the Drive” Includes three modules, written material presented in a classroom setting at your dealership by an experienced service sales top gun; the concepts are then put into real world action on your drive where each advisor is coached and evaluated. Written recommendations include pay plan and performance reviews, with a follow-up on-site review in 60 days; again with written recommendations reviewing the personal goals set in module one and the entire process.
